what do i do?

i was on the highway going 65. people were in the left lane traveling faster, around 78. we passed a cop and the person in the left lane switched into my lane nad slowed down. the cop caught up to us and pulled me over for the other persons speeed of 78. what can i do?

i asked him if he was sure it was me. he said “don’t be asking me the questions”

    Unfortunately, it’s your word against the cop’s. The best you can do is secure a trial date for the ticket and hope the cop doesn’t show up.
