Is fingering rape or statutory rape or child molestation?

I think it’s child molestation but I’ve read that it’s statutory rape. I’m not too sure. And can somebody please give me a link for the statue of limitations?
It happened to me and I was under the age of consent when it happened. Either way I did not want it to happen.

Any penetration, however minimal, with any object or body part, is rape.
Statutory Rape is consensual sex with an underage person. If that person was 12 or younger, they can not give consent and the act is a Rape.
Statue of Limitations is a complex set of laws that vary greatly from State to State and from crime to crime. Some crimes do not have a limitation.

Depends on the age of the victim & the offender at the time of the assault
In my state it is the same as rape, criminal sexual assault.
As far as the victim being a child they would have until the age of 20, 2 years after reaching majority, until the statute of limitations kicks in.
If reported before that the statute of limitations is 5 years.
