I had been granted bankruptcy in May and some one is trying to appeal. Do you think my Bankruptcy can be appealed ?

Obviously someone has filed an appeal. The mere fact that they CAN file an appeal shows that such an appeal can be successful.

Its unlikely that someone is actually appealing it. If you filed bankruptcy in the United States, what is more likely is that a creditor has filed an action opposing discharge. They probably aren’t opposing discharge of all debt, most likely their specific debt.
There are a variety of reasons to oppose discharge. I assume (hope) that you have a decent bankruptcy attorney. Listen to him/her and take their advice. If you filed this on your own, you now are going to find out why you should not have done this. If you filed the bankruptcy on your own, you now need to go and retain a bankruptcy attorney to resolve the mess.
Since you didn’t give enough information or specifics, that’s all the information I can give you. For better and more accurate information, seek a lawyer in your state.

If they can prove that you did not disclose all of your assets or provided false testimony to the court, they can definitely get it appealed.
