How long does it usually take for a crime (misdemeanor) you committed to show up in your record?

About 3 weeks ago I committed a misdemeanor (open container and buying alcohol for a minor). How long does it usually take for it to come up in my record? Also, if the judge expunge my record which he probably will since I’ve had a clean record all my life, will my record be expunge immediately? If not, how long does it take for the record to be expunge after the judge agrees to expunge it?

it will go on your record once you are convicted. i don’t think you understand what expungement is. once something is put on your record you have anopportunityy to get it expunged. a judge does not do this, alawyerr that you pay will do this. you fill out a bunch of stuff then IF the judge approves it, then it will be erased from your normal visible record and no one may bring it up again. an expungement is not really a quick process, my university attorney did it for me and it was a good 3 months long. good luck learning about the law
