Florida DUI, but now live in Massachusetts?
I have a DUI in Florida but now live in Massachusetts. I still have a FL drivers license, which is now suspended until I take the Florida DUI Level 1 course. I need to know if there is an equivalent Massachusetts course I can take to avoid having to travel back to Florida.

You will very likely need approval of the Florida court before you can enroll in a Massachusetts program to fulfill the requirements of a Florida DUI sentence. I suggest you first call the court that sentenced you to complete the course. I suspect there are equivalent courses in Massachusetts, buy I doubt you can just enroll in one without the Florida court’s approval.
