Can I get a transfer on probation from Kansas to Texas on a DUI?
I got a DUI 2 years ago and have finally been sentenced and put on probation. Can I get a transfer once I have paid all my fines?

truthfully, states usually dont mind letting ya transfer counties but states may be a diff story…of course ur PO is the best person to ask

I guess that is up to the judge, and how he feels about you and whatever your track record is.

Dang, two years is an awfully long time…
